Subject Access Requests (SAR): is a request by an individual person, requesting access and to receive a copy of their personal data, and other supplementary information the school may hold.
Subject Access Requests need to be in writing, so a copy can be held with school and sent to the Data Protection Officer at admin@mossfordgreen.redbridge.sch.uk. Two forms of ID will be required, one which will need to be a photo ID. To enable us to trace any of your personal data that we may hold, we may request further information from you.
We will provide your personal data to you within the statutory time frames. All information will be disclosed securely.

Freedom Of Information (FOI): is a request for information that can be made by anyone. Requests can be for any information about the school.
Freedom Of Information requests need to be in writing, so a copy can be held with school and sent to the Data Protection Officer at admin@mossfordgreen.redbridge.sch.uk.

Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you.
