School Travel Plan
Mossford Green is proud to be a Gold accredited Transport for London STARS school.
We have achieved this accolade by challenging our school community to travel to school sustainably, actively, responsibly and safely by championing walking, scooting and cycling.
This has helped to support our pupils' wellbeing, helped to reduce congestion at the school gates and improved road safety and air quality around our school.
At Mossford Green we also encourage our pupils to take part in cycle training at a variety of levels and pedestrian skills training.
In addition, we take part in many competitions and activities at Borough and National level; some of which our students have won 1st prize for!
We were awarded the School of the Region prize in 2016 for our work in promoting active and safer travel; and engagement in training and initiatives.
